14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, please contact our support team to obtain an official Return Authorization Number (RA).
Return Conditions
All returned items must be unused, unmodified, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all accessories, labels, and manuals complete. Products that are worn, installed, modified, or damaged by personal use will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized parts, installed consumable accessories, clearance final-sale products, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable according to EU consumer policy exemptions.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For voluntary 14-day unconditional returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If the return is caused by product defect, wrong item delivery, or our shipping error, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing rules.
